If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review your return or refund request.
Starting a request
Email hello@aurageneticz.com with your order number, the items involved, and the reason for your request. Do not send a return until we provide instructions.
Eligibility
Products must generally be returned in their original condition. For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products may not be eligible for physical return, but we will review satisfaction concerns individually. Shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless an item was incorrect or damaged.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund after review.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional business days to post the credit.
Cancellations
We will try to honor cancellation requests received before fulfillment, but an order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped.
