Processing
Most orders are prepared within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.
Delivery
Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after the carrier receives the package and are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Address problems and damaged parcels
Please check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly if a parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost. Include your order number and photographs where relevant so we can investigate.
